I am extremely confused? You are taking/took Nazi insecticide, ivermectin, and Nazi nerve agent, hydroxychloroquine, both specifically targeted to further deplete flush niacin (and glutamine), as well as thinners and steroids which have DEADLY INDICATIONS OF INTERACTION WITH BOTH HCQ AND IVM, and in addition to that, literally an altered thus worthless + highly toxic niacin/NAD+ precursor analogue/derivative, Remdesivir, known to put one into further flush niacin/glutamine deficiency (literally why it was designed), but you are blaming the damage on flush niacin now (which if not for the niacin they may be dead… and note it is highly underpowered still without sufficient glutamine)?!?! And why are you not taking glutamine in equimolar amount along with flush niacin, which is of urgency now too, assuming you stopped these and all aforementioned toxic drugs, otc, and so-called other “nutrients”?

Also, PLEASE I URGE YOU to THOROUGHLY review EVERY SINGLE WORD on https://HOM3OSTASIS.com/Protocol and get the PureBulk powders (with precision scale linked) and bovine capsules. What is going on is severe gut dysbiosis and other organ damage like liver + kidneys from this lethal pesticide. This can lead to sepsis, which like the German individual who recovered from similar experience literally overnight, will mandate high dosing of the TWO (flush niacin + glutamine) from the PROPER PRODUCTS (PureBulk as linked with 10% off) in equimolar amounts – like 10 g niacin + 12 g glutamine. With the flush niacin depleted to this level after ivermectin damage, so is the glutamine, and so will it be required in sufficient levels at equimolar amount to niacin, i.e., 1.187 or rounded up, 1.2x the mass of niacin with niacin to recoup niacin and it and ultimately health.
Further, I would urge you to sue whoever gave this crap to you too once getting healthy. Please update me on if you are or not understanding of these disseminations.
