I think this will be quite relevant, what I just wrote in the main feed:
SOME HELPFUL TIPS:
The bishop, the knight, and the rook:Selenium (preferably as yeast), Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol only, natural), and Folate (as FOLIC ACID only)
Symptoms of their deficiencies, which if repleting early-on (i.e., for the first few 1-3 days, 1-2 normal-to-double doses, really at any combo of 1, 2, or all 3 of them) alongside flush niacin + glutamine, will help flush niacin + glutamine early-on (those first few days) if you are feeling flush niacin + glutamine early-on as you get accommodated is still underpowered (meaning your body is very depleted of flush niacin + glutamine incoming and trying to adjust but the juice, meaning the dose amount, is not enough yet, but your body is too delicate-feeling right now to want to intuitively go higher and overcome), so adding any combo of the three (two or one) to flush niacin + glutamine will put less tension on flush niacin + glutamine to restore them while also not interfering:
Selenium: chilly feeling, especially during/after flush
Vitamin E: itchiness still, especially during/after flush; heart rate erratic (a lot of this though is just being a novice to flush niacin still and again the deficiency being that real, along with glutamine’s)
^ Both of these antioxidants get depleted to crap and our diet looks to be too deficient in them these days to make the process of flush niacin + glutamine restoring them and everything beyond as smooth for some who are this deficient of them (by way of the flush niacin + glutamine deficiency having elapsed that unaddressed). Given their known synergies together (again, specifically, the yeast form of selenium and only d-alpha tocopherol (i.e., no other tocopherols or tocotrienols), preferably the natural form as the oil in a bovine gel capsule), it would usually be best to do them together (with flush niacin + glutamine … and folic acid for those first few doses/days)
Folic Acid: anemia-like — blood doesn’t feel like it’s ready to really get flush niacin + glutamine going through efficiently building up; even cramping or abdominal nuances
^ Folic Acid/Folate stores deplete to crap over the niacinamide/salvage NAD+ overload in lieu of flush niacin + glutamine powering NAD+, trying to compensate…. so while flush niacin + glutamine through glutamate, making PABA come in, and tderidine ring formed from adenine, will restore any folates needed, adding a little bit those first few days (along with selenium &/or E), w/ flush niacin + glutamine.
Dosing:
Selenium: anywhere from 50 mcg to 300 mcg dose, 1-2x daily (just swallow with the flush niacin + glutamine; don’t have to take it out capsule; given it’s only a few doses, cellulose veg. caps ok)
Vitamin E: typically anywhere from 200 IU (134 mg) to 600 IU (402 mg) dose, 1-2x daily (just swallow with flush niacin + glutamine; don’t have to take it out preferably bovine gel capsule, as they have those for E as oil to contain)
Folic Acid: for every 1 g flush niacin, about 3 mg of folic acid dose, 1-2x daily (just throw into the niacin, glutamine mix as water; hard to find bovine gel capsule so just take out veg capsule or swallow given a few doses)
Again, most people won’t need these if they are already feeling good, but it won’t hurt given diet is so deficient on Se and E to throw in normal doses here and there of those to comfort (maybe once a week or twice?). And the folate will be restored for good once we restore flush niacin + glutamine. People already recovered or recovering (with flush niacin + glutamine becoming smooth and them feeling good already) can also evaluate these additions to comfort too, but please it’s nothing to really stress about. I just did a dose myself of all five, and felt the same as with flush niacin + glutamine lol. Once we restore flush niacin + glutamine, everything else is good in most regions where well-balanced, nutritious diet and clean water are available.
Aside from that, the bishop, knight, and/or rook (but preferably all 3 in unison, at least folic maybe as the most important of the three early) is for people starting out strictly who notice flush niacin + glutamine is not that smooth (experiencing those symptoms) even as going up towards 2.5 + 3 g dose. These three downstream but still key players (as their inclusion for these first few doses/days for those feeling these nuances trying to/needing they need to go up but the body just not shifting smoothly yet) should allow one to more expeditiously and smoothly get to the needed dosing over the first few days and start feeling better.
Do not rush things either… we can even take a day off over therapy (especially if we see we need relatively high doses like above 5 + 6 g to get things going). Krehl evaluated such approaches with the pups (e.g., giving them a double dose every other day or even triple dose every third day), likely knowing the broken-down, flush niacin/glutamine-deficient body, to accommodate to finally the therapy being a breeze, probably can be erratic and needs to be given a day to process/metabolize everything forward sometimes.
In a slightly updated protocol, I will add a note of these three key players (early-on) as potential cofactors just for a few doses to days to get things for flush niacin + glutamine dosing to become more accommodating early for those who see their body is fragile but needs higher dosing (but it’s not intuitive yet to go higher given the fragile, niacin/glutamine-deficient state).

Jab injury and ivm/HCQ orally and air, food, water damage… this is what we are suffering from (that is requiring/using up more flush niacin + glutamine every second, and in turn these key players right down stream).
They’re (and only selenium yeast form and natural only d-alpha tocopherol) are only gonna be useful early for first few days with flush niacin + glutamine … and even some more synergy with folic acid too… just to lessen the stress on flush niacin + glutamine to restore them, for those who don’t wanna start at higher needed dosing of flush niacin + glutamine for those starting off this deep into the flush niacin + glutamine deficiency
Otherwise without flush niacin at least (at least), they’re worthless or too much of solo can even be harmful .. except folic will always show some benefit solo during flush niacin/glutamine deficiency … then useless once flush niacin + glutamine restore.
Really most important of d-alpha tocopherol, selenium yeast, and folic acid with flush niacin + glutamine will be to carry over the folic acid (at about 3 mg per 1 g flush niacin per 1.187 g glutamine) until the flush niacin + glutamine becomes smooth at the higher needed dosing
Again – this is primarily for those with deeep deficiencies who are seeing flush niacin + glutamine are not smooth as they should be yet… to help people get to the higher needed flush niacin + glutamine doses more expeditiously and smoothly… hit the ground running, not putting more stress on flush niacin + glutamine and diet (given the disparities in soil of E and Se across the globe, those two early just normal doses a few days on top can be a nice boost for sure too) to do early… other than that, pretty much useless at best
