Hi Steve,

I have been on Dmitry’s protocol for a year now. Generally I eat keto…I just had my A1C checked this week (I’m in the U. S.) not sure how the numbers translate to other countries..

A1C….4.8

Insulin..1.9

All accomplished on 3 grams of Niacin

3 grams of Leucine

300 mg. of R lipoic

And all the cofactors with all the Bs
