I’ve been taking the trio for about 2.5 weeks now and feeling good! I did get headaches at the beginning (was taking between 500-1000mg NA with others in ratio). Dr Kats recommended to increase to 2000mg NA with AA and T in ratio. I did bump up to 2g and then 2.5g and the headache turned more into head pressure and finally no headache the last couple days! I wanted to share in case anyone else is getting headaches or pressure in the head. I want you to know it will go away!

Serotonin reloading in brain … the first few weeks are certainly a modulation… then things get smooth.. for some, it gets smooth within days .. but definitely it’s nice on the other side once you break through

Funny, for me I only used to get occasional headaches from the old pure bunk niacin . Sadly my wife still takes the capsules ( Im workin on her ) and in a moment of weakness recently when I was heading out for the night, I grabbed a few with some absorbic acid pills she still takes . The next morinng the headaches came right back. Lesson learned , fresh order on the way sending prayers for your mom DK
