<p>I have been on all variations of the protol now for over about a year, averaging about 3 grams a day of Niacin and respective others and over the past 2 weeks have encountered my first ever gout flare, also appears to be some Tophi developing in my left big toe which rapidly grew over about 2 months.</p>
