Has anyone recovered from long covid or viral illness? Any suggestions?

I will give that a go. Thank you. There was point when I woke up in the middle of the night and felt very good. Then was woken up with the spep up heartbeat which last for some time. I had afib ablatiom surgery in Jan 2021. Didn’t know them not I believe that came from covid messing with my CNS. Thanks again

I am newbie and have already asked a few questions. I started a high dose 4/4.8 last night around 8PM and woke up this morning with my heart beating faster than normal. Is this part of a detoxing process? Or does this probably have nothing to do with the protocol in your opinion?

Hi- I see here people sre talking about blending. Does noacin/glutamine have to be blended?

No it does not, but it will make it go down much more easily. I will do a demonstration of how exactly to do it on our PodKats live here soon:
