People have to recognize that science takes a lot of trial and error and the path is often long and tedious. Heart issues still limit what I can take, but I feel better on this combination. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>No, the palpitations diminished over time while taking N C T. I gradually increased my N from 100 mg up to the now 500 mg. I’ve tried moving up to 600 mg but the palpitations return at that time. Slow and steady. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have taken 500mg N and 27mg T for about a week (no C). I like it and more importantly my heart palpitations are minor, if any at all. Not sure I really detect a major difference from taking this amount of N with T and C. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tested my ferritin a week ago and the result was 549 ng/mL.  This is above the high end of the range which is 450 ng/mL.  This result was after taking 10mg iron per day for 4 days, so I&#8217;m thinking my iron stores were already pretty high.  At this point Dmitry suggested solo niacin doses and I have done so for 7 days straight.  My take is that&hellip;</p>
