Biotin, Thiamine, and Pantothenic Acid being boosted, especially biotin (in action alongside lipoic), for recovery, are worthy to address for a few doses / days alongside. These are the key other Bs, especially biotin, that could be holding things up as vitamins. B complex products do not provide enough of these (and have B3), so the best strategy would be to get each of these products individually and then adding the following dose amount to the overall dose after meal(s) for sick average age + sized adult):
Biotin: 4 to 10 mg
Thiamine (mononitrate preferred): 200 to 750 mg
Pantothenic acid: 200 to 750 mg
* Riboflavin: 100 to 400 mg can help
* Appropriate B6, B9, B12, if needed
They can all be dissolved in water too.
Keep niacin, lipoic (with biotin provided, may not need as much) at appropriate levels… keep TMG/betaine, choline, and/or l-serine to comfort… l-methionine will likely not be so rushed and rough upon the addition of biotin, which is what i was hoping earlier. We should be fine lowering the methionine dosing now to around 1 gram per dose. And see if you need to raise from there… relax, even do once a day… get good sleep.. try adding 10 mg minimum melatonin to evening dose
