Any thoughts of supplementing with this bacterium? I have searched for it and cannot find it, that specific one. I think Japan is putting it in milk products but it doesn’t look like you can buy anything here in the US.

I like this format better but it is easier to keep up with things on Telegram. Plus people seem to interact more there than they do here, for some reason. What was the reason for shutting down the old one? And is it possible to happen again? Otherwise, I say yeah!

I recently had titers done on both of my dogs. One came back protected (7 year old male) and one unprotected (6 year old female). I have never had this happen before and the vet, who does not push vaccines, wants me to give her a booster for parvo and distemper. Should I do this? I usually only do the initial puppy shots. Mmmmm, soft cheese. I only buy cheeses from Europe because someone (can’t remember who) said not to buy from the US. Does that sound correct? I think US cheese makers take shortcuts. Small, local producers are probably different. Costco is a pretty good supplier of European cheeses.

The study posted in the telegram group mentioned trehalose also. I just happen to have a container of that and am wondering if I can use it? I bought it quite awhile ago and if you say not to use it I will finally just throw it away 😁 If I remember right it wasn’t cheap.

Yes, I mix the glutamine in just before consuming. The water/niacin is from the refrigerator and the distilled water I add is just below room temp but I think I’ll put it in the fridge too.

Is it still ok to premix the PureBulk powder niacin into water that can be stored in the fridge until it is time to dose, then add the l-glutamine? This is sooooo much easier and since the niacin is already dissolved, the l-glutamine dissolves right away. Presto!

I was AWOL for a bit and didn’t see the lowered amount of glutamine ratio but I’m all caught up now! PureBulk powders. My husband and I both have low blood pressure. Mine is pretty stable at around 105/70ish but his dips below 100 frequently. We just started with PB l-glutamine so will let you know how it goes!
