Background: The last time I went into my optometrist, about 2.5 years ago, I was told I have the beginning of macular degeneration plus cataracts developing. Not bad yet, but was told many things to do to prevent it going further.

Since starting the protocol in February 2022 I stopped doing what they wanted me to do which was mainly taking fish oil.

Last week: the dry eyes were getting unbearable then I had an aura that turned into my entire right eye being “dimmed” as if I had a sunglass there but not on my left eye. They wanted to see my right away at the optometrist’s office. Well, they did not say anything about macular degeneration or cataracts and the only thing they could find was just extremely dry eyes. I looked at the pictures of my retinas and they were very plump, smooth and clear. I should have had them clarify but it “seems” that my eyes are doing better! I go in for a regular exam in a month and will be sure to have them really look at the difference between now and 2.5 years ago! I have hope!
