Dmitry, I need your help, I’m trying understand something and to explain it simply and coherently. You shared an article a while back on Telegram: ‘CD38 Inhibits Prostate Cancer Metabolism and Proliferation by Reducing Cellular NAD+Pools’. At first glance to a relatively uninformed person, this study might appear to be saying that because…

Here is the study by the way: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6214722/

I’m wondering how this study fits in also, it states: “Supplementing CD38-expressing cells with nicotinic acid substantially increased cellular NAADP levels.” https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29632067/

I just saw this… let me go over it … one min

Great to read that, please keep us posted, Jeanette.

Hi Jeanette, I’ll share some things that I read, and hopefully Dmitry will comment on whether the following is right or wrong or somewhere in between: I’ve read that if a person has low iron in the blood, it is likely that they have high-unbound iron in the tissues, organs, etc. In which case, the type of testing for iron reveals a…

here’s the Telegram link about how glutamine does not feed cancer: https://t.me/HOM3OSTASIS/414678

I didn’t get a headache, but I went up gradually, starting at like 300/360 and upping it by around 200mg per day, and then I jumped from 2000/2400 up to where I’m at now which is 3000/3600 daily. I’m not saying one needs to go that gradually, but I figured it would be good to give my body more time to adjust. That was my intuition for…

Hi Sandy, the protocol is to dissolve the niacin and glutamine together in the same glass of water and stir. I think a milligram measuring scale is pretty essential for this protocol because as you go up in dose then you have to keep the amount of glutamine as niacin amount x’s 1.2. So for example if you start at 500 mg niacin then you want…

Just my unprofessional opinion, but if you live in a state where it is possible to get cannabis, or know someone, then some cannabis that is a pure indica strain (not sativa or hybrid) may very well help with sleep. Just don’t be stoned when u show up to work on Monday 😃

Hi Dmitry, I think you answered this elsewhere but I didn’t bookmark where, can the body manufacture all of the other B vitamins if the body has enough flush niacin and glutamine?
-
Yes, in fact, this is why they fortify foods with “B vitamins” except of course flush niacin (and don’t even count glutamine), to make up for the lack of flush niacin (and glutamine) in lieu that are then not manufactured in the body as much… check out here for brevity:

Hi Dmitry, wondering about your opinion on this- I have several friends and family that swear by epsom salt baths for pain relief, both for arthritis and and for recovering from hard manual labor. I got to wondering it taking an epsom salt bath after taking an NA/gln dose (per the hom3ostasis protocol) would be a potentially good thing or a…
-
Absolute trash… epsom salt baths will add magnesium and sulfur into your body that you do not need and then make you addicted to it… we will be able to restore all electrolyte balance, including magnesium, as well as to restore any sulfur compounds we need endogenously properly with NA/gln…
As for the itching, which is actually… Read more

Hi. For me, I got an email link to all the podcasts, I think there are 3: Newcomer, Q & A, and PodKats. So, for example, use the email you got which says you have been registered to PodKats. Then when you get to the page on Crowdcast you should see a white tab that says says “session 11” (or whatever the current session is), click that white…
