Dimitry, just now going over my bloodwork from May 9th….My LDH is 246 (range 135-214 U/L)..had a strange dark mole pop up on my back….so thinking maybe melanoma? Also my Thyroid Peroxidase AB =44 (range <=34 UI/ML) and Thyroglobulin AB =337 (range <=115 IU/ML);6.0 Glucose = 101 (range 70-99 MG/DL); A1c= 6.0 (range 4.2-5.6 %) I let my sweet tooth get the best of me and was eating sweets after lunch and supper and sometimes inbetween…I feel like I self sabotage!!! Since returning home have been hit and miss with the protocol..should I increase the amount and frequency in light of these test results?

      • I imagine you do not have both the proper PureBulk flush niacin and N-acetyl L-glutamine, i.e., NOT both or either from anywhere else (e.g., Bulk Supplements)? Pretty much all products from all companies except the two aforementioned are worthless…

        • Am using PureBulk, but not always distilled water..will use Distilled water from now on…(hasn’t been convenient and will have to buy)..

          • and was not blending til clear….

            • You are using PureBulk nicotinic acid flush niacin immediate release B3 and PureBulk N-acetyl l-glutamine ? And nothing else?

              • And if so ^ (and note: NOT the “Bulk Supplements”, i.e., orange-and-white-colored product, but “PureBulk”, which comes in products with a theme of green and white color), then there may be some lapse between the May 9th bloodwork readings and what it would be now if using just Flush Niacin + N-Acetylglutamine from PureBulk since then which (May 9th) is precisely when I corrected the ratio to 3.4x. Flush niacin even solo has been proved literally at least 100 times in human trials to modify lipid and cholesterol to our favor, as this is given first and foremost. This is why I am concerned that you may not have the correct products and/or are taking something (perhaps even like an OTC) that may be interfering?

                • My Feb blood work was after 1 week of the first protocol using the l glutamine, then the May bloodwork with the new N-acetyl glutamine from PureBulk.. had stopped taking all supplements and NDT in Feb. so assuming thyroid is trying to work again…I can send my Feb and May reports if that helps you…am not taking anything else…occassionally use arnica on sore muscles and various essential oils…. (i let my sweet tooth get the better of me and ate way too much!!..that’s one of my big dietary problems!!) My chiro wants me to take Cellcore Carboxy and get new bloodwork in Sept…. i want bloodwork sooner and no carboxy..to see if things settle down..

              • had dental surgery april 20..so possible interference from pain/numbing shot containing adrenaline?

                • What actual dose are you doing by the way? You never mentioned this…

                    • Ah yes, figures. So to provide some serious modification and fast from the levels you came in with, we will need higher level doses, as per all the trials in which participants took on average 3 g of flush niacin each day minimum for a few months for the lipids to restabilize, typically in at least 2 g single doses, twice a day. I think you can double the dose you’re at now from 1:3.4 to 2:6.8 (even play around with higher like up to 4:12.8 for one of the two daily doses here and there. You should expect to see way smoother, faster, prominent positive results manifest then.

        • Just remembered I had dental surgery the last part of April..deadening shot with adrenaline..

          • I don’t think the adrenaline is gonna mess with things for this long … I simply think you need this higher dose as anyone would at this point of their life, and it’s not being delivered just yet … you are doing literally everything right except for that … it’s always in the beginning we need more than we will ever need again you will see .. please do not be deterred to go up to even six times what you were at with 1-3.4 … of course you don’t have to immediately go six times higher or ever even, but the 1-3.4 levels are just too low to get the flow going at this point. If you go through all these randomized controlled trials in humans (some with some realllly bad diabetes coming in and always usually either obesity or some kind of CAD manifest; livers ruined too of course) and finally they get things going at usually at least 3 g niacin doses … and we see such results (through the entire thread; this is just one). You are going to see what I mean once you stay higher than now consistently twice a day for even a good five consecutive days…
