I was familiar with the protocol over a year ago. My son had a chronic cough after covid and this helped clear it up. I have been having some autoimmune symptoms and want to try this for some relief. I have the niacin but was not able to find the acetyl l-glutamine. I was however able to find L-glutamine from a good source. Is this a substitution i can use until the n-acetyl is back in stock?

So unfortunately, per the final protocol I just put out if you notice, there are truly only TWO distinct products that are not worthless — PureBulk for both flush niacin and N-acetyl L-glutamine. Pretty much everything else is not trustworthy per the observations I am seeing. The best we can do now is just wait about a week for PureBulk to restock their N-acetyl L-glutamine, and around the same time, release my GPR109A product (i.e, the two in perfect ratio fused together). It would not be the best option to use free l-glutamine or anything else with flush niacin (and of course not any other N-acetyl L-glutamine product until PureBulk restores in a week). The best option now may be to get ENSUREs to drink half a container before and after 1-2 meals a day, and take the niacin (2-3 g a dose) about 20 min after the last half of the ENSURE after the meal(s). This will provide some kind of NAG, but really nothing else will do much. It is a waiting game it seems for the next week, but it will be worth it.
