Just took 1 dose yesterday, in the evening. I woke in the middle of the night with a feeling of nausea this time. Nick was ok. Maybe reduce the dose again? Anyone have any suggestions?

We are a few weeks into this protocol now and everything has been going smoothly until a few days ago. We have been taking 3/3.6 N/G twice a day for the last couple of days, and for the last few mornings we have both noticed feeling tired and sluggish when we get up. Nick also felt slight nausea for a bit. Not at all usual for either of us.…

Ah, ok. Up to 900mg 1080mg today. Doing this 2 x a day at the moment. No have been using Berkey filtered (not fluoridated) water. We have a distiller at our shop, so we will bring that home if that would be better. Also have Qlarivia deuterium depleted water available if you think that may have any added improvement?
