• We are a few weeks into this protocol now and everything has been going smoothly until a few days ago. We have been taking 3/3.6 N/G twice a day for the last couple of days, and for the last few mornings we have both noticed feeling tired and sluggish when we get up. Nick also felt slight nausea for a bit. Not at all usual for either of us. These feelings passed within the first hour or so of being up and about. We have cut back to 2.5/3 today to see how that feels. Is this possibly detoxing or something else?

      • Just took 1 dose yesterday, in the evening. I woke in the middle of the night with a feeling of nausea this time. Nick was ok. Maybe reduce the dose again? Anyone have any suggestions?

        • This in fact is likely due to not enough dose to fully overpower endogenous and exogenous exposures we are all exposed to, to then go down to these 2.5/3 levels thereafter… I would try higher (and maybe a bit earlier before bed) in fact to overpower this out… up to even 10-12 g doses (or 5-6 twice back-to-back within 30 min or so)… and then cool back down to the doses you were at now.. I think you will see it is truly “detox” but also allowing the cells to heal more after being toxified and always constantly being exposed to toxins

          • Dmitry, you may recall that Nick has glaucoma and is not confident to stop using the eyedrops that are reducing the eye pressures. The drop has 2 ingredients, one is a beta blocker called timolol. He has told me he started to experience sporadic dizzy episodes last weekend, something he has not felt before. These felt like a visual disturbance, world spinning kind of thing, rather than inside his head spinning. His blood pressure we think is fine. After some research, I read that niacin with beta blockers is contraindicated. Do you have any knowledge or thoughts on this. For now he is happier to not take the niacin (none for the last 3 days), and these episodes are reducing but not quite gone. Ideally though he would really like to follow the protocol. Really appreciating your input. Thank you.
