Malaria is a big problem is west Africa and elsewhere. Those in the know, knew what to do in the 40s.

NOW LOOK WHAT HCQ DID:
Blood sliqes: Thick and thin films negative. This may be explained by the previous
injection of quinine bihydrochloride. -
