“Among them, lead was the most heavily weighted component (weight = 0.589 for SUA, 0.482 for hyperuricemia, and 0.527 for gout). In addition, restricted cubic spline regression models showed a linear association of lead with SUA, hyperuricemia and gout.”

“Among them, lead was the most heavily weighted component (weight = 0.589 for SUA, 0.482 for hyperuricemia, and 0.527 for gout). In addition, restricted cubic spline regression models showed a linear association of lead with the prevalence of hyperuricemia and gout.
Conclusion: Our results suggested that blood metal mixtures were positively associated with gout-related outcomes, with the greatest effect coming from lead.”

This certainly explains why niacin + glutamine have to overpower this early at high-dose so clearly now… the lead puts massive strain on the kidneys… niacin+glutamine will overpower it but not at not overpowering doses…
Many of these crazy dermatitis / eczema pellagras, especially in younger chaps, is definitely metals in the air too
any toxins exposed will use up more niacin/glutamine we don’t have
if that makes sense
they have to be limited too
the terrain and whatever the fuck the other theory is called
they’re both intuitive and correct
it’s not hard lol
