Taking all Bs as recommended plus ala & 4g niacin today (took l-methionine for a few days but have stopped – making me nauseous). Afterwards, my ears felt like theres an echo/water in them/plugged like on an airplane. One of the things im trying to fix is tinnitus. Is this ear thing normal? Should i up my niacin?
