Other than the joints in finger and toe flaring he has reported feeling better- sleep and energy wise. I’m hoping he won’t get discouraged and give up.
Will decrease dosage going forward.
I have read your updates and refer to it often as to try not to bother you with providing info you have already related. Thank you for your attention.…

Update…
Gout symptoms have increased today. But he also increased dose as well today. I’m thinking of having him cut back to previous 250/300.
Without having to use Rx what would be good for pain relief? He has used ibuprofen before but that never helped that great.
He really does Not want to go the traditional route of Rx scripts.

I do have the pure bulk brand of both in caps(bovine). I have been opening them and measuring. But I usually add the water after and don’t let it sit. I am following the protocol as close as possible.
Thank you for your feedback.

Jay had swelling in one of finger joints this morning(new). 500mg/600/mgL-g
I think up the dose? Maybe more glutamine?
He has mentioned feeling more energetic overall and isn’t discouraged.
Appreciate your thoughts. Thx.

Quick update….
(Jay) started with small dose and he didn’t really get much of any flush at all from that so next dose upped it and he had a strong flush he said he slept better and actually felt like he craved it when he woke in the morning.
So far no bad/ new gout symptoms so that is encouraging. Will update again in a few days😬

I have an interest in this because my husband suffers with condition and he doesn’t take prescription meds.
I haven’t recommended anything to him yet as I am still researching.
Thanks to anyone for input!

PLEASE note that the ratio was calibrated to a more correct/the correct one, which is not 3 g glutamine per 1 g niacin but instead, 1.2 g glutamine per 1 g niacin, as outlined here:
https://www.hom3ostasis.com/Protocol
I would adjust accordingly for the next dose (so instead of 1 g niacin + 3 g glutamine as you were doing, assume the 1:1.2… Read more

I have been taking the adjusted ratio and I like it. I’m still very new so I’m excited to see how I’m doing in a month or two.
I appreciate all you work so much ❤
