      Greetings!

      I started the protocol 2/7 with 500ml N And 1500 l GL.

Holy mutha..effuker! I was on fire! I am so glad i knew to expect a flush but WOWAA! I looked like i had the worst sunburn of my life!! Lol it lasted 15-20 mintues then subsided ,overall, It lasted @ an hour

I have to say it felt surprisingly good.each day since the flushing has reduced a bit i started taking the reduced l GL and will stay at this dosage for a couple more days before i up it My sleep was better from night one i also just feel better sleep-appetite-mood improved

I am happy to have found this protocol i was lead here by my intuition and everything about this research resonates with me THANK YOU 🙂

      • PLEASE note that the ratio was calibrated to a more correct/the correct one, which is not 3 g glutamine per 1 g niacin but instead, 1.2 g glutamine per 1 g niacin, as outlined here:

        https://www.hom3ostasis.com/Protocol

I would adjust accordingly for the next dose (so instead of 1 g niacin + 3 g glutamine as you were doing, assume the 1:1.2 ratio from here forward, and start at again 1 g niacin albeit with 1.2 g glutamine, dissolved fully into coldish water. Everything will be just as perhaps even more therapeutically powerful as it was with the 1:3 (and a bit extra glutamine) but at the same time, way more smooth and seamless.

And yes, that first flush can be a doozy, which I think it may have to do with a bit too much glutamine to make it just a clean niacin=glutamine reaction with no excess glutamine moving (not harming) but just slowing things down in the whole cell, and in this way, not getting the full niacin power still (though close). You do feel it in general though more. I think you will see with the 1:1.2 ratio outlined, you will be super smooth sailing forward. Please let me know how this goes.

        • I have been taking the adjusted ratio and I like it. I’m still very new so I’m excited to see how I’m doing in a month or two.
I appreciate all you work so much ❤
