I know there has been a lot of work done on this site. Thanks. Will the research and articles being published on the Newsfeed be placed in a searchable library at some point? Or do we already have something like that and I am not looking in the right place?

Also, are the ratios published somewhere here on the site?

Hi Bob, great question — and yes, this has definitely been on my mind.

We kind of merged back into the site recently without much formal notice, but behind the scenes I’ve been working on building out a more organized repository of the research and content. The structure is already available using the Groups and Forums features, though it hasn’t been fully built out yet.

            Here’s how it will work:
            • Each group (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorders, Sarcopenia, Arthritis, etc.) has its own newsfeed, forum, and files tab.
            • When we post articles or discussions on a specific topic (like tryptophan and autism), they’ll be published in the relevant group’s feed.
            • If you follow a group, you’ll see posts from it in your main Newsfeed — but they’ll show that they’re from that group.
            • You can also go into a group directly to see all posts and shared files in one place.
            • Every group has a Files tab — this will serve as the searchable library you asked about. Files you click/save will also appear in your personal depository.
            • Over time, I’ll be renaming all the files to be easier to identify (e.g., “tryptophan_autism_review” instead of a random author name).

For now, you can still search the main Newsfeed by topic or keyword, or just scroll — and anything you click on will be saved to your computer and to your account’s file area.

Also — yes, I’ll make sure the core ratios are clearly posted and pinned somewhere easy to find soon. I’ll follow up on that when I push the next round of organization live.
What it looks like it should be, and I am pretty confident on this, is:

We do basically multiples of this

            1000 mg N, 860.7 mg C, 139.3 mg T

So if 2 grams niacin, then:

            2000 mg N, 860.7*2=1,721.4 mg C + 139.3 * 2 = 278.6 mg T

Appreciate you asking — it really helps shape how we prioritize this!
