Hey all, I have been trying to heal my psoriasis and eczema pretty much my whole life, with some marginal success by really focusing on a healthy diet and lifestyle.
When I first tried the protocol about a year ago, my skin where I had psoriatic lesions felt like it was on fire during the flush, this localized reaction made me intensely curious and I have been a student of the protocol ever since.
GPR109A is under expressed in psoriatic skin.
serum L methione is lower than usual in psoriasis patients
melatonin levels are of dampened amplitude in psoriasis patients ( lower than usual at night / higher than usual during the day )
there are many other interesting facts like this that relate the fundamentals of the protocol to psoriasis.
I have been doing the full protocol for about a year now ( as it evolves ) and my psoriasis is feeling close to completely healed. I have terrible eczema on my palms ( see group pic, thats me ) and this one has been stubborn to heal, although it too has made significant progress.
Ive been applying the gerenova liquid rala to my palms and that seems to help as well.
My current protocol dosing is twice daily:
400mg gerenova liquid rala
2.5g niacin
2g l-methione
3g l-serine
1.5g tmg
2 caps of PC complex
I don’t flush at all anymore. The recent addition methione noticably improved my skin.
Thanks for reading, I hope this group can serve to share knowledge and inspire others with skin issues. My goal is to have perfect skin and for the first time in my life I truly believe it is possible!

Thanks for sharing your story Mike. I have eczema on my lower left leg near the ankle for many years. I have tried various diets, creams, lotions etc. it’s interesting that you mentioned Methionine being low at nights. I think this protocol will heal the skin. I have similar dose to yours accept niacin 3 g. Going to increase Methionine too and see what happens.

hey Sweet Hope, are you seeing any benefits so far? Since adding methionine my psoriasis in particular has almost cleared up entirely.
PS here’s the study about melatonin levels in psoriasis patients being of dampened amplitude https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2459876/
