Not bad today but like you kind of feel lost, can’t seem to get back to how I felt a few weeks ago. Legs are a bit sore and getting a bit of pressure in my throat and ears again but nothing major. Energy is good just not in the mornings like trying to raise the dead, was able to do another 4 day week in the office. On a positive flushes are not a problem anymore just so easy and TMG arrived today so had 2g with my evening dose. On a negative I’m running out of meth and it wont arrive until late next week, thought I had another bottle 😭.

Yeah it’s really annoying, I’m starting to think it is part of the dysutomnia, I definitely had it before about a year into to my ME journey and it really bugged me then, got a scan of my thyroid back then becuase of it. It did eventually bugger off just hoping its not here permanently this time around, seems to flare after my dose of niacin but my general pain levels seem to flare after my dose also like body is getting rid of inflammation. I’m in ireland so probably won’t be able to get it quicker but will have a nosey back through the telegram 👍. Hope the HR shit calms down for you soon, it is annoying to see positives on one hand and exacerbation of symptoms on the other. 😡
