• My psoriasis is almost completely cleared at this point. I’ve noticed that when I do bigger doses, I goto sleep and end up gently scratching off various scaly bumps.

Usually scratching off these scales results in aggravating the skin further ( but I can’t help but pick at them despite that ). But when I do the same thing after a strong dose, the scales are more delineated from the good skin, fall off more easily and the skin underneath is in much better shape.

I wanted to share an update on the toughest area, which is the eczema between my thumb and palm area. The pic with the warmer light is from Sep 2021 around the time I first learned about the protocol, and other one is from today May 9th 2022.

My hands are rarely itchy now, and activities that used to greatly aggravate that skin are less impactful now. For example changing diapers would really set it off. My wife just had twins and I have been changing like 20 diapers a day no problem these past few weeks!

I got my hands on some purebulk b7 and b5 as well, and am taking at least one 5mg biotin pill w/ every dose.

      Todays morning dose:
      3g methionine
      300mg rala
      3.5g niacin
      3g serine
      1.5g tmg
      5mg biotin
B supreme complex ( I know this one is out due to the niacinamide but I still add it in occasionally )

      • awesome! I wish I had been more diligent about taking pics of the psoriasis before and after. I do have some so, I’ll try to dig those up and post soon! I feel like I am in a different body lately. The areas the used to be chronically red and rashy like the insides of my knees, thighs and elbows are completely clear now. And in general my skin just feels so smooth and nice. I’m elated! After 25+ years of trying to heal this!

        • This is excellent! Have you updated/enhanced dosing at all with the “FULL SP3CTRUM” (i.e., all the Bs in unison too?) … also, what do you think was the key factor for you that helped most?

          • Yea, I’ve been hitting it w/ all the individual B’s now and going into bigger niacin dosing ranging from 5-10g. The big doses have a notable beneficial effect. I’ve been doing 100mg biotin 2x a day along w/ the 1-2g panto. The first few times I took the biotin at that dose I was really tired, but slept well and ended waking up w/ skin feeling stronger.  Here’s the same hand from today, you can see it’s a little less beat up!

          • Check this out, btw (as well as the update I posted in the new “Leucine in the Sky with Niacin” Group):

“The scientists now are planning a study to assess the effect of supplemental glutamine and leucine, another amino acid that activates mTORC1, in people with atopic dermatitis with and without CARD11 mutations.”
