`Hoping ya’ll can help. I’ve been on telegram & see if you’re a member you can see updated protocol & something about private group. Is that here? Trying to get an idea of dosing w/ Creatine. Also, I missed the Q&A live, can I go back and see it?

Tammy, for the new telegram channel, Dr. Kats wrote this on the old telegram channel: Please, if you are member or become member, DM @QuantumEntanglement with your HOM3OSTASIS website info, and we will add you to the new Telegram group. You should send that DM from within telegram.

Also, you need to have your security settings in Telegram configured in order for the hom3ostasis team to add you. In telegram, go to Settings => Privacy and Security => Groups and Channels. In the Group Invite Settings dialog, set [Who can add me to groups and channels] = Everybody and click Save. After the team adds you to the channel, you can go back and set it to My contacts.
