Hi All,
Did you all taper off thyroid meds or stop altogether once you started the protocol? @GPR109A
Thanks!

With a few doses, I think it will be a breeze. It was for those with over- (&/or under-) active thyroid early-back before glutamine became co-deprived. How is your dosing go so far (in the equimolar 1 g N per 1.2 g G ratio)?

ok, great. Thank you. It’s good. Last week was rough the day I took 3:9 twice. I backed off the following day and then you adjusted the ratio and the 1:1.2 has been good. I’ve only been taking it 1x day to work myself back up. I bought a thermometer to see how cold my water is, as when I listened to you the other day, I think you said have the H2O be around 67 degrees. My water might be a little too cold as it is not 100% dissolving and there is more at the bottom than what you showed in your video (very helpful, thank you!) I am measuring with my scale as well, so I know I have the ratio correct: both are from Pure Bulk.

I imagine you are not dissolving them together per the instructions in https://www.hom3ostasis.com/Protocol – like for instance, making sure to have the water in the glass/container waiting to drop the two (whether mixed together as powders after weighing individually) or simultaneously (as separate weighed powders) into the water? Also, since technically the ratio is 1:1.187, we are going to have a tiny bit of glutamine remaining as precipitate, which can be quickly cleared by adding that little bit of niacin to make the ratio more exact to 1:1.187 rather than 1:1.2 … there should be NO issues dissolving the two together if you follow these directions, and I need to add how it is important to not let the dissolved solute of niacin + glutamine sit for too long (given the sensitivity of glutamine) and so drink it quickly.

I am doing exactly that with both of them and have read your page over and over to make sure I am not missing something. I drink it super quick as well.

How much water are you using per dose? And you are dropping the powders together at the same time into the water already filled in the glass?

Wow! Congratulations, Marie! And thank you for sharing. Excited to experience this as well.

@GPR109A I also stopped my thyroid meds after 15 + years. According to the labs my thyroid is in normal range. I stopped the thyroid meds last summer, when the Niacin protocol was a little different. Niacin at that time had different cofactors.

And with equimolar (i.e. 1.2x the mass to niacin of) glutamine, the thyroid recoups its energy flow (whether it was over- or under-active coming in) too

Thanks Dmitry! This is great.

Appreciate this, Sophia. Thank you!

This is excellent! Are you enjoying the niacin + glutamine in 1:1.2 g ratio per https://www.hom3ostasis.com/Protocol ? The thyroid stuff should be a breeze without the “thyroid med”, which literally is the niacin + glutamine!
