Methionine seems to be causing a higher heart rate for me. Had dropped to 500mg per dose but yesterday bumped it back to 1g. Yesterday evening after flush the pressure in my ears was unreal. Pressure still there today and my heart rate has gone high, not dramatically just 105 when sitting but it definitely seems to be the Meth as last weekn…

What is highest merhionine dose you’ve done? It’s likely just simply not high enough yet… trying to get going… also what else and dosing?

Dosing yesterday was 1g niacin, 1g methionine, 600 rala, 500mg phosphatydl choline. Thats the highest dose I have reached of everything have been doing it for 4 days now except the meth which I had reduced to 500 cause of a weird feeling in my brain from it.
