UPDATE
For the sake of brevity as I am very busy for you all, I wanted to briefly update things from my end:
All orders will be coming out soon. I want to make sure of the ideal relative mass ratio, which I still think is about 18.2x as much nicotinic acid as L-tryptophan (basically whatever tryptophan mass, multiply by 18.2 to get accompanying…15 CommentsView more comments-
I have taken 500mg N and 27mg T for about a week (no C). I like it and more importantly my heart palpitations are minor, if any at all. Not sure I really detect a major difference from taking this amount of N with T and C.

I’ve been taking either 1000mg N/ 56mg T or 2000mg N/112mg T for about a week. Doing great! No hint of headache which I was getting with c added in.

Just did 2gm Niacin mix and always get a shape little spiky flush but not much red skin flush, loving it !
Reminds me of when we we’re straight Merch Niacin days Dmitry, I gobbled up nearly 1.5kg of that 😋😀- View 2 replies

On NS atm, 2gm dose just then was on empty stomach and slightly dehydrated, always get a flush on this one

No, the palpitations diminished over time while taking N C T. I gradually increased my N from 100 mg up to the now 500 mg. I’ve tried moving up to 600 mg but the palpitations return at that time. Slow and steady.

The former is correct. And moreover, vitamin A is not really a vitamin so no need for it. If you think you need A, that’s a niacin and tryptophan deficiency

Victory 🏈
In the below gem of a Krehl paper, our entire work to here that culminated in nicotinic acid + free L-tryptophan as the two limiting nutrient precursor factors is corroborated along with the calculation for the relative mass ratio of how the two should be coming exogenously co-supplemented.
If you are interested in understanding exactly how…

So, corn is the problem – do not eat corn.
“…Good growth is obtained with non-corn niacin-low diets”
Does that mean tryptophan alone is adequate for growth and niacin synthesis, with non-corn diet ?!.Answer to Next post from DA. Bender et al, please!

Will redo label
Was thinking of a background with something like the attached… for now, I do not think it really matters. What is most important to me for now is getting especially members to understand how amazing this formulation is… so please do not mind the current label that is getting shipped out to those earlier-ordering members. I will be working on…

The Problem
When niacin/NAD⁺ grows insufficient, two things happen that both work against the free-tryptophan pool available for serotonin→melatonin:
- Supply side (delivery of free Trp falls).
Unaddressed continued lack but growing demand for nicotinic acid damages the gut and impairs exocrine pancreas (smaller gland, lower trypsin/chymotrypsin/amylase…
- Supply side (delivery of free Trp falls).

Double InfinaLife
All members’ pending orders of CNT or individually (with tryptophan replacing C of those) as well as first orders of InfinaLife (N and T) will include double the amount ordered for everyone’s first order. So if you are expecting CNT, you will get double the amount of InfinaLife to replace. And if not, then when you do order next, your first…

“Vitamin C” is not needed
I know that this will probably hurt some feelings and cause temporary strife to some, but it is for the best you will see…
So my brother and father have been at house in Florida since last week and meanwhile I have been suffering through some long-needed but finally implemented implant tooth work, so I dearly apologize for not being more vocal…

Congratulations on the new discovery! Thank you never quitting on this. We are all in your debt. Been loving the CNT which arrived a couple of weeks ago. Never felt the flush all the way to my feet before, and the effects hit within 2 minutes. I am not battling any illnesses with this, just maintenance mode, so is there any problem with…

Great news and congrats! I’m glad your dental work is done! You’ve been missed. I have the same question as @jhi – ok to finish the CNT I have? Thank you, Dr. Kats.

@83377 – maybe ascorbic acid is simply helping niacinamide turn to nicotinic acid, and that’s been its perceived vitamin influence the whole time not knowing this while also about niacin

Long day so I am gonna take a nap .. but I am really liking this ratio, and I believe it is critical for melatonin to restore endogenously
See here:https://www.medcentral.com/meds/pain/melatonin-pain
Free L-ryptophan has to make the melatonin by going in the brain – which is only possible with enough nicotinic acid supplemented to make enough…
