Just wanted to share that my hand is continuing to make progress!
less dry, less inflammation.I’ve been continuing ~3g niacin, usually twice a day.
Sometimes taking 4g leucine prior in AM
Sometimes taking 5g serine in combo in PM
Taking a full fleet of individual B’s every other day.

My psoriasis is almost completely cleared at this point. I’ve noticed that when I do bigger doses, I goto sleep and end up gently scratching off various scaly bumps.

This is excellent! Have you updated/enhanced dosing at all with the “FULL SP3CTRUM” (i.e., all the Bs in unison too?) … also, what do you think was the key factor for you that helped most?

Thanks for sharing your story Mike. I have eczema on my lower left leg near the ankle for many years. I have tried various diets, creams, lotions etc. it’s interesting that you mentioned Methionine being low at nights. I think this protocol will heal the skin.
